death sentence

have you noticed that people who are in prison for serious crimes like homicide or arson; go on death row but prisoners on death row for theft or burglary are pushed up front on the list....

but the "justice system" decides to keep these murderers on the bottom of the list for several years when we should send them up front and not waste citizen's tax dollars on food, shelter, or protection.
NO!! we should not we should send them to death and and continue to do so which would create rooms in prisons and less second offenders...

  1. i see your point and i think the point of that is to break them down mentaly (i.e) my uncle jimmy has been on death row for 15 years and counting and he is almost insene with a grand total of 5 suicide atempts. i think that they try to get them to kill them selfs that way the government dosent have to spend hundreds on the lethal injections

  2. This post is difficult to understand but here's my take:
It is difficult to choose between being "humane" and spending tax dollars on thousands of prisoners per year to keep them fed and clothed, and being economically efficient and just killing 'em off. But really, wherever you go, you're never going to find a middleman because people will just continue to fight both sides. I say just stick to the current system and sentence them based on the crimes they commit.
If that's not what you're talking about...then I have no idea, because this is written in a very confusing and annoying manner.

  3. Clearly you are arguing the legal issue stated by the constitution. You cannot simply put someone to death. They have the right to appeal the sentence. The question: Is the death penalty in violation of the 8th Amendment?
